At Smileactives, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your brighter smile. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products, including any used or unused portions, into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
